These terms apply to the SaptOne Invoice website and subscription service. If a separate written agreement applies to your organisation, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
Lawful business use
Use the service only for legitimate business activity and comply with tax, privacy, consumer, intellectual-property, messaging and other applicable laws.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive billing, unlawful goods or services, harassment, malware, phishing, spam, infringement, exploitation or content that creates a material risk of harm.
System integrity
Do not bypass access controls, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, scrape excessively, introduce malicious code or access another tenant’s information.
Communications
Only send invoices, messages and notifications to recipients where you have a lawful basis. Do not use document-delivery features for unsolicited bulk messaging.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict content or access where reasonably necessary. When practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.
Report misuse
Report suspected abuse to info@saptone.in with relevant account, document and event details.
